Our Whisky Barrel Collection brings together everything we create from genuine reclaimed whisky barrels — timber that has already spent years doing a rather important job before arriving in our Devon workshop.

Each barrel carries the marks of its former life: weathering, cooperage stamps, charring, staining and the wonderful variations in colour and grain that make reclaimed oak so distinctive. Rather than trying to remove that history, we work with it.

The collection includes our whisky flight boards and tasting paddles, statement lighting, whisky barrel clocks and other handcrafted pieces, all designed and made by us at MooBoo Home.

Our tasting flights can be made individually or in larger quantities for distilleries, estates, whisky bars, hotels, restaurants, tasting rooms and events, with options for personalisation and branding. For larger projects, we can work with you to create a consistent collection while retaining the individual character of every piece of reclaimed timber.

Our lighting takes the same material in a completely different direction, transforming barrel lids and staves into distinctive pendants and feature pieces for homes and commercial interiors. And because no two barrels are identical, no two finished pieces ever really are either.
