All products sold by MooBoo Home are handcrafted to order unless expressly stated otherwise.

Product photographs are representative examples only. Due to the use of reclaimed timber, natural materials, hand-finishing techniques and handmade components, every piece will vary in appearance. Variations in grain, colour, knots, splits, markings, texture and finish are considered part of the character of the product and are not defects.

Dimensions provided are approximate and may vary slightly during manufacture.

Any design drawings, visualisations, photographs, renders, concepts and intellectual property created by MooBoo Home remain the property of MooBoo Home unless otherwise agreed in writing. No design may be reproduced, copied, manufactured or supplied by a third party without our written consent.

Electrical products must be installed by a suitably qualified person and in accordance with local regulations. MooBoo Home accepts no liability for damage, loss or injury arising from incorrect installation, modification, misuse or use outside of the product's intended purpose.

Lead times are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly agreed in writing.

Where products are manufactured using customer-supplied measurements, drawings or specifications, responsibility for the accuracy of such information remains with the customer.

In the unlikely event that a bespoke commission is cancelled after design work has commenced, any design fees, consultation fees and work already completed are non-refundable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
