Doing work soon, but not sure yet what you want? Secure yourself a place in our order queue now, then redeem your voucher when you are ready to design.

Our lead time is usually 3 months, but can stretch up to 6 months in busy periods. Currently orders placed in December 2025 can expect delivery early March 2026. To read more about our lead times and see our current order queue, please visit our client area.

We are now offering this reserve a place option as recently we have had quite a few clients come to us too late in their build or renovation to have a fixture delivered in time. Whilst we have still designed and made for them, they have found themselves waiting long after the build was completed and this can be frustrating. So we have added this option to give the greatest amount of flexibility possible to our future clients.

How to redeem:

• As soon as we receive your order you will be assigned an order number placed in our order queue. We will send you some useful links and documents such as design tips and the colours brochure.
• Change of heart? Our vouchers are none refundable, however you don't have to use them against a specific product. We have a wide range of gorgeous designs and LED light bulbs in our store and so you can redeem the voucher against anything in store, or online, but only until the final design is agreed. Once the design is agreed you will be issued with an invoice for the balancing payment and at that point your order cannot be changed or cancelled and will proceed.
• We will need to get an idea of what you may be looking for as soon as possible. All final design choices will need to be made four weeks prior to the expected delivery date if that date is absolute. We can of course be flexible and move at a pace that suits you and your build if things are taking a little longer than expected. • The voucher is valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Terms of use of MooBoo Home gift cards

MooBoo Home reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our MooBoo Home gift voucher at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your MooBoo Home gift voucher constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. MooBoo Home gift vouchers remain the property of MooBoo Home who maintains the right to cancel the voucher in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so. 

Validity

Your MooBoo Home gift voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (detailed on the purchase confirmation email), after which the voucher will become invalid and no longer available for use.

Using a MooBoo Home gift voucher

• The value of your MooBoo Home gift voucher can be redeemed in our studio at 4 Stable Yard Studios, Cockington Court Craft Centre, TQ2 6XA.
• You may also email mooboohome@icloud.com or phone 01803 605762 or send us a WhatsApp message on 07538 284563 to discuss a design, or product, and redeem your voucher.
• You will be required to present the gift voucher in person at our studio or email a scanned copy of the voucher with a copy of the purchase confirmation email at the time of redemption.
• The gift voucher may be used as full or part payment for any of our products, including custom designs. For transactions less than the value of the gift voucher no change will be given.
• The gift voucher balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another voucher.  
• The voucher code can be used via our website using the voucher code.

MooBoo Home gift certificates are not valid for use via Etsy. Please contact us if you see something in any of our online stores that you wish to order and we will complete purchase direct with you.

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged

In cases where your MooBoo Home gift voucher is lost or stolen, MooBoo Home is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. MooBoo Home cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a MooBoo Home gift voucher as a result of theft or fraud.
