3. When you’re ready, we’ll discuss your space, your style, and what you’re dreaming of.

4. All final design decisions must be made four weeks before your agreed delivery date — but we can be flexible if your build timeline shifts (they always do!).

5. Need to complete second-fix electrics? We can send an advance wiring kit so your electrician is ready long before your chandelier arrives.

Your voucher is valid for 1 year, and you can redeem it against any product online or in our Cockington Court studio — not only custom lighting.

What if you change your mind?

Our vouchers are non-refundable, but extremely flexible. You can use them on:

• custom lighting

• ready-made pieces

• decorative LED bulbs

• accessories

Once your bespoke design is finalised, we’ll issue an invoice for any balance due — after that point, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
