When you order a chandelier or lamp from MooBoo Home, you’ll notice that our lead time is around three months.

That might sound like a long time at first glance — but here’s the truth:

it doesn’t take us three months to make your light.
Our order book is simply full.

Every MooBoo piece is made to order in our Devon studio by a small team of 2.2 humans (and several cups of strong coffee). We design, cut, sand, wire and finish every creation by hand. Nothing is mass-produced, and nothing sits waiting on a shelf.

We work on each order in the sequence it was received, so everyone’s project gets the same care and attention. Occasionally we’ll batch similar designs together to make the best use of our workshop time — but nobody jumps the queue.

So when we say our lead time is around three months, what we really mean is:

there are lots of people already waiting for something beautiful, and yours will be crafted when its turn comes.

Why that’s a good thing

A waiting list isn’t a delay — it’s a sign of quality, trust, and demand.
