Created for those who love the warmth of natural materials and the restorative feeling of bringing the outdoors in, these unusual lighting designs combine reclaimed timber, beautiful illumination and living plants to create a feature that changes and grows with your space.

Lighting Designed for Living Plants

Unlike conventional wooden lighting, the timber used for our Living Light designs is carefully treated with a specialist water-resistant finish. This makes it possible to incorporate real plants into the fixture and care for them without worrying about the occasional splash or drip of water damaging the timber.

Trailing plants can tumble from above, greenery can soften the lines of a statement beam, and light can filter through leaves to create beautiful shadows and texture below.

The result is part light fixture, part living installation.

Biophilic Lighting for Real Homes

Biophilic design is all about strengthening our connection with nature within the spaces where we live and work.

Our approach combines living greenery with reclaimed and natural materials, creating lighting that feels organic rather than overly designed. As with all MooBoo Home lighting, our Living Light fixtures are designed and handcrafted in our Devon studio.
