Notre délai de livraison estimé actuellement pour les conceptions à base de bois (lustres/appliques murales/grandes lampes) est de 10 à 12 semaines à compter de la confirmation de commande. Notre délai de livraison estimé pour les suspensions, petites lampes et appliques murales est de 4 à 6 semaines.
Certaines commandes auront des travaux effectués avant d'autres, cela peut être dû à de nombreuses raisons, par exemple, ils ont demandé une date d'achèvement spécifique au moment de la commande, le bois devait être préparé et séché ou faire appliquer du sika, ou bien il a fallu travailler un peu le bois pour aider à finaliser la conception. Parfois, si nous avons plusieurs commandes similaires, nous travaillerons dessus ensemble afin de rationaliser notre flux de travail. Les lustres prennent généralement 2 à 4 jours une fois démarrés, les lampes (selon la complexité) prennent 1 à 2 jours, les luminaires extérieurs prennent 7 à 10 jours et les suspensions prennent 1 jour - veuillez noter qu'il ne s'agit que d'estimations, nous pouvons rencontrer des problèmes. en cours de route, ou vous devez continuer à vérifier les détails de conception avec vous, ce qui peut prolonger le délai de livraison. Malheureusement, si nous subissons des retards sur une commande antérieure à la vôtre, cela aura inévitablement des conséquences. Si nous devons commander des composants ou faire fabriquer ou plaquer des pièces, cela peut également prolonger le délai de livraison. Nous sommes une équipe de deux personnes à temps plein avec un membre du personnel à temps partiel, toutes nos créations sont uniques et faites à la main, et en tant que telles, nous prenons le temps de les rendre parfaites.

If the making process of your chandelier is taking longer than expected and your builder or electrician is chomping at the bit, please consider ordering our advance wiring kit. Workshop Update 14/4/26
We are making headway now and expect to be able to catch up soon. Thank you so much for bearing with us these last few weeks, are are working hard to clear the backlog. Realistically we are now 1 month behind schedule, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We promise it will be worth the wait!

Due to an unavoidable delay with an order currently in production, our workshop is running approximately 10 days behind schedule. As all MooBoo Home pieces are handcrafted and completed in queue order, this may have a small knock-on effect on the orders that follow.
We are working as hard as we can to catch up while maintaining the care and quality that goes into every piece we make.
Please continue to check this page to see your place in the order queue and for updates on workshop progress. As soon as we have further information about your order, we will of course be in touch.
