Christmas 2026 Order Deadline – Don't Miss Out on Handmade Lighting Before Christmas

Every year we're asked the same question:

"If I order now, will it arrive before Christmas?"

With Christmas still feeling a long way off, it can be surprising to hear that we're already planning our workshop schedule for the festive season. But because every MooBoo Home light is handcrafted to order, we have to work many months in advance to make sure every customer receives the quality and attention to detail that our lighting is known for.

Christmas 2026 Order Deadline

To guarantee delivery before Christmas 2026, we will need to have your order fully confirmed by Sunday 9th August 2026.

This allows enough time for:

• Design consultations and measurements

• Sourcing the perfect reclaimed timber where required

• Handcrafting your lighting in our Devon workshop

• Wiring, testing and quality checks

• Safe packaging and delivery before the Christmas period

Why So Early?

Unlike mass-produced lighting, every chandelier, pendant and wooden beam light we make is individually handcrafted.

Many of our pieces are bespoke, built specifically for your home using reclaimed timbers, premium electrical components and hand-finished details. We simply can't rush the making process without compromising the quality that our customers expect.

Our workshop has been exceptionally busy this year, and we would much rather be honest about our lead times than promise something we can't deliver.

Current Lead Times

Our current lead times are approximately 4–6 months.

Orders confirmed by 9th August 2026 will be scheduled to ensure delivery before Christmas.

After this date, we will absolutely continue accepting orders and we'll always do everything we reasonably can to complete them in time for the festive season. However, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for orders placed after our deadline.

If our schedule allows, we'll be delighted to surprise you. We would simply rather under-promise than over-promise.

Planning a Renovation?

If you're renovating your kitchen, dining room, hallway or living space ready for Christmas, now is the perfect time to begin the design process.

Even if you're still deciding on finishes or waiting for builders, we can often work alongside your project timeline to finalise measurements and create the perfect lighting for your home.

Not Quite Ready? Reserve Your Place in the Queue

We completely understand that designing bespoke lighting takes time. You may still be deciding on your kitchen, waiting for builders to finish, choosing paint colours or simply not know exactly what style of light will suit your space.

If that's the case, our Order Queue Voucher is the perfect solution.

By purchasing an Order Queue Voucher, you can secure your place in our production schedule before our Christmas order deadline, without needing every detail finalised immediately. This reserves your place in the queue while giving you extra time to perfect your design.

To guarantee Christmas delivery, we would need all of the final details confirmed by the end of October 2026. This includes your technical measurements, timber selection, finish, cable colours and any other design choices needed for us to begin making your lighting.

It's the ideal option for customers who know they'd like one of our handcrafted lights but just need a little longer to make the final decisions.

As always, we'll guide you through the design process and are happy to offer advice at every stage, ensuring your finished piece is perfectly suited to your home.
